Scratchy throat I got out at 10:30 today! That makes me happy. You know what doesn't make me happy? A) I had to go early this morning to do an assignment for speech, but actually, that was kind of fun. I got to sit there and watch 2 people talk, and try to figure out what they could be talking about, based solely on their nonverbal gestures and such. Anyway, the second thing that doesn't make me happy is number B) I have an incredibly irritated and scratchy throat right now. Ugh. I can't swallow without feeling like I have a porcupine jabbed down my throat. And I know for sure there isn't one there. I checked. So, yeah. I am porcupine-free, but at least if I wasn't I would know how to fix the ouchies. Ah well. So I saw Radio tonight. Wow, that is a good movie. I completely called the heartwrencher moment about halfway through the movie, but that's okay. Certain lines just clue certain folks in. But yeah, it was a very enjoyable movie. I'm glad I gave in and went to go see it. Because I thought I didn't want to. And wow, people in the 70's or early 80's had really cool pants. I'm just sayin'. Cool. Happy sigh here. Also, in other news, dad won't put Eddie Izzard DVDs on his Netflix queue just because he doesn't like me. No, actually, it's because he loves me and doesn't want me to see him. Or at least, he doesn't want to be responsible for me seeing him. He doesn't really mind, I don't think, he just doesn't want to waste his time on it. He'd rather rent movies like The Core. Hilary Swank? Yeah, I hate her. I don't know why. I just do. Ooh, but I want to see Mona Lisa Smile. It's a complete and total chick, girl-power flick, but I don't care. I wanna see it. I love Julia Roberts/Stiles. Don't care much for Kirsten Dunst, but y'know. It's alright. Anyway, yeah. I'm kind of tired now. I'll be up for a bit, but I'm kind of tired. Blah. <-Ghost-> |
