So I was a good chunk of the ways done with an entry last night. Yep. I was.
In fact, it was good and long, talking about how I loved my car, and the vacation has been good, but I do have summer reading...
When Stephanie came in and said there was a severe thunderstorm warning coming for us. And lots of hail, etcetera.
So I was like, "Hm, I better get off the computer."
And right as I was typing: "Alright, I'm going to evacuate the computer before the power shuts off," The power, did, indeed, shut off, and that gorgeous entry was lost.
In fact, we had a tornado warning until around 9:30, luckily we were safe, but that darned power stayed out until 3:30 in the morning. Yeeesh.
So, yeah. That was my fun night.
They kept saying we'd have "Softball-sized" hail, but... um... we saw like, 3 hails. And they were about dime-sized, I think.
So yay, Chloe wasn't hail-damaged yet!
Oi. I'm gonna go grab something to eat, providing the food in the fridge is still good.
Ugh... I don't even want to think about that....
