A short walk

I fulfilled my promise to myself today. I told myself I would go for a walk, and by golly, I did.
Oh lord, did I just say "by golly?" Oh well.
Anyway, I did go on a walk, despite the less than favorable conditions outside (namely: Sun and heat), and I took a trip to the park. I got spooked about 20 times by things rustling in the grass beside me, but... still, fun times.
I also found a really neat shell beside one of the small little man-made rivers that go under bridges on the walkway. Ironic that I could find such a neat, and still attached and complete, shell, when I could barely find one that would stay attached at the actual, uh, beach.
Life is so strange.
So, here is one of the first official pictures of me from California. Believe it or not, we went to a Hot Topic. Because, y'know, we don't have those here in Texas.

I didn't buy the hat.
I feel a little...woozy. I wonder what's up with that. Maybe I'm all tired from my first venture outside in about 4 years.
